Snow is falling in Denmark and Casper Steinfath & friends get jolly on the cold waters of Klitmøller in Denmark to give YOU a holiday greeting in this Santa Surfing video.

Santa, Where ARE You?  SUP Surfing with Santa for the Holidays

Always up to his every day antics, Denmark’s beloved Viking paddler & Naish team athlete, Casper Steinfath wishes the stand up paddling world a very Merry Christmas each year through his capers on film. It is his tradition to spread good cheer with these fun-filled Holiday videos to get us all laughing and eager to get on the water no matter what the temps.  Casper’s nature is to play and have fun with Mother Nature.

This year with his elves and a mounted Christmas tree on a board, Casper and crew are ready to fly out into the world to deliver presents and spread Christmas Joy, but some small Christmas waves seem to be getting in the way and distracting Santa from his duties.

Casper is already planning more fun water antics for New Years Eve, so stay tuned for more  from the very Cold Hawaii in Klitmøller in Denmark.

Evelyn O'Doherty, editor & publisher of the new Standup Journal 2.0 is a former school teacher gone rogue. She left her career as a teacher in order to spend more time near or on the water after learning to surf turned her life around (upsidedown?). She is a year-round surfer and paddler living on the eastern tip of Long Island in NY who is a certified SUP instructor, seasoned SUP racer and avid longboard surfer. Evelyn was hired as Online Editor to Standup Journal in 2016. Her passion for the project quickly led to her success and eventually taking over the mag herself in Oct. 2018. Today, as editor, publisher and chief bottle washer at Standup Journal, Evelyn keeps her toes wet writing, traveling, paddling, surfing, and learning to foil. You can find her most days paddling out on Gardiner's Bay or surfing Ditch Plains in Montauk, NY.
