Benoit Carpentier’s Gran Canaria dream
Benoit Carpentier, born 02/15/1996, is a multi watersport athlete achieving championship status in the realm of stand up paddle surfing and longboarding. Named European Junior Longboard Champion in 2014, Benoit began to blaze a trail of his own making.
He became a renowned SUP Surfer in France. In 2017, Benoit reclaimed his European title, this time as European champ of stand up paddle surfing. Later that year, he went on to become a Bronze medalist in the World Championships of stand up paddle surfing.
His star continues to rise today as we recently saw in Gran Canaria on the final stop of the 2018 APP World Surfing Tour. Benoit put on a showcase of style and skill earning him a seat among the top competitors in the world.
