Join the Evolution:  Brave Sea tees for humanity

Brave Sea tees are good vibes clothing because 100% of the profits are donated to protect the ocean and environment, bring water and food to people in need, plant community organic gardens, rescue stray and abused animals, and enrich humanity through art, music, film and stories.

When you wear these organic t-shirts, you join a community of chillers and change makers.  YOU help save the world.  So, when you paddle you feel the positive vibes you are spreading while wearing your t-shirt or tank.  All organic, made with love.  These things are worth it!

We can’t guarantee it will increase your sup surfing performance 😉  But, we hope that it increases your happiness quotient.

Live Acoustic campaign seeks to donate 100% of profits to charities

Help Brave Sea in their campaign to generate support from some of their favorite charities (and yours!) to protect and nurture the environment, help people who need food to get it and rescue animals in need of safety and good homes.  As stand up paddlers, we are all about our natural environment!

You can order your first $30 t-shirt as a part of their pre-order Acoustic Collective campaign and know that every time you wear it, you’re a part of the natural, positive evolution of the planet. Shipping starts August 2017.  Now, wouldn’t THAT feel good on your back?  We love supporting brands that seek to do more than earn a profit and we think you do too!  We’ll be celebrating folks like the gang at Brave Sea to bring a positive vibe back into marketing and bring YOU the news on how you can make a difference.

Evelyn O'Doherty, editor & publisher of the new Standup Journal 2.0 is a former school teacher gone rogue. She left her career as a teacher in order to spend more time near or on the water after learning to surf turned her life around (upsidedown?). She is a year-round surfer and paddler living on the eastern tip of Long Island in NY who is a certified SUP instructor, seasoned SUP racer and avid longboard surfer. Evelyn was hired as Online Editor to Standup Journal in 2016. Her passion for the project quickly led to her success and eventually taking over the mag herself in Oct. 2018. Today, as editor, publisher and chief bottle washer at Standup Journal, Evelyn keeps her toes wet writing, traveling, paddling, surfing, and learning to foil. You can find her most days paddling out on Gardiner's Bay or surfing Ditch Plains in Montauk, NY.
