Home Cobian Footwear Sup Photo of the Year Contest August 2015 Evey Hammond: Haywood County, NC Has a Bigfoot legend that they believe in so much they even named their brewery after it. Legend has it that the Boojum is a Bigfoot like creatures with an obsession for beauty. He would come to Junaluska mountain to burry gems in caves and at sunset would head down to the lake and spy on the local girls but he smelled so bad that all the girls would run away, that is until one day a girl named Annie didn't run. The locals who live here all believe they hear them hollowing to each other at sunset. Naturally the only logical thing to do is drive 600 miles to go paddle this mysterious Bigfoot swimming hole.
