Inventor creates opportunity for wheelchair bound to Sup

California surfer Kawika Watts created the “on-it” ability board, which allows those in wheelchairs the freedom to stand-up paddleboard, even offering free lessons for the board to anyone who wants them. NBC’s Hallie Jackson reports.
